ANNOUNCEMENT – PERMITTING PROCESS CHANGE
As of August 29th, 2022, Construction Permits are issued by Gaston County Permitting. However, before you apply with Gaston County Permitting you will need to provide them with a Zoning Permit from the City of Gastonia which serves as our approval for you to continue with your project. Please click HERE for information on when to start the process with the City of Gastonia and when you can go directly to Gaston County Permitting. At that link you will also find the portal hyperlinks for the City of Gastonia and Gaston County where you can start the permitting process.
