Over 1,300,000 square feet of commercial development situated on approximately 156 acres between Interstate 85 and Franklin Boulevard extending one mile along these thoroughfares.
 
West Franklin/Myrtle School Road Area
Over 450,000 square feet of commercial development situated on approximately 62 acres located at the Franklin Boulevard and Myrtle School Road intersection.
 
Center City Commercial Development

The city has several development opportunities in the center city area.
 
South Street Arcade
This property has great potential with 20,000 square feet of avalible space.
 
The Sears Building
