TRC (Technical Review Committee)

TRC (Technical Review Committee) is a group of City employees from various departments that review plans for all types of development. The group meets on Mondays at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the Garland Municipal Building (3rd Floor), 150 S York Street, Gastonia NC 28053. Note that the 10:00 AM meeting is for residential development and the 2:00 PM meeting is for commercial development. Any person is welcome to fill out this application to attend. The more information you can provide, the better prepared we will be to answer your questions.

Keep in mind that this meeting is not mandatory for development, it is a free service that is intended to answer basic questions and provide feedback from City staff.
