Project Description: This project will expand the recreational opportunities at Erwin Center by installing equipment and a 4000sf splash pad at Erwin Park. The splash pad will be constructed at the abondoned tennis court location. This project is being financially supported by federal funds awarded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
