CityView FAQ’s Permits & Inspections

IMPORTANT - READ FIRST

• Maximum Payments allowed through Portal is $25,000 – If your total exceeds this amount, make payments in the amount of $25,000 or less by paying in partial payments.  Make sure any unpaid amounts are paid in full.  If a single permit fee is over $25,000, you can contact us at 704-866-6729 for us to take a credit card payment over the phone or you can send a check made out to the City of Gastonia and mail to City of Gastonia, Attn: Building Services, PO Box 1748, Gastonia, NC 28053.

• Homeowner/Applicant/Contractor/Design Professional - must follow instructions in order to register for City View Portal access.  Below are step-by step instruction videos on this process and it is highly recommended to watch these before registering.
