- Interior Demolition - This permit will be required only if the demolition involved a load bearing wall or section.
- Will need to provide NOTARIZED HOMEWONERS STATEMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEMOLITION PERMITS with application for demo of entire structure, Commercial or Residential.
When applying for permit on portal – things to know:
- Step 1 – Select ‘Zoning-Construction/Development’ from drop down for Application Type.
- Upload Documents Step 7
Residential – Will need to upload signed NOTARIZED HOMEWONERS STATEMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEMOLITION PERMITS
- Upload NESHAP State Permit (if applicable based on future build or zoning-check with our office)
Commercial – Will need to upload signed NOTARIZED HOMEWONERS STATEMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF DEMOLITION PERMITS
- Upload NESHAP State Permit
