- Building Plans
- Environmental Health Dept. Approval if applicable (for remodels at Restaurants).
When applying for permit on portal – things to know:
- Step 1 - Select ‘Zoning-Construction/Development’ from drop down for Application Type.
- Estimated Construction Cost Step 1 – Must always include
- Work Items Step 3 – Select Commercial (Renovation)
