METER INSTALLATION
What to Expect
The prime contractor, Utility Service Co., Inc., and the installation subcontractor, Keystone Utilities, will be completing the installations. Technicians will not need to enter your residence or business. Technicians will not ask you for money.
If you are a water or electrict customer of the City of Gastonia/Two Rivers Utilities, your old meters will be replaced by the contracted technicians. When the meter is changed, you may experience a brief disruption in serivce.
